In August 2020, Daniel took a leap of faith and invested in the Indianapolis real estate market, purchasing their first property in the vibrant Fountain Square neighborhood. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Daniel persevered and adapted their business to the changing circumstances.As the years went by, Daniel's reputation grew. 

In 2021, they signed a contract with a commercial construction company, expanding their expertise into commercial projects. Their dedication and commitment to excellence caught the attention of a Commercial Real Estate Company, offering Daniel the opportunity to lead their Renovation department in 2022. 

In the same year, Daniel achieved another milestone by selling their first real estate property, marking a significant step towards further business expansion. They also ventured into residential custom home builds, demonstrating their versatility and expertise. 

As they continued to build their reputation, Daniel's dedication, work ethic, quality, and vision caught the attention of experienced foremen and tradesmen with 25 years of experience or more, that were also aligned with the same vision and principles. These professionals now support and contribute to the quality control of Daniel’s crews, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.

By 2023, Daniel's company, now known as Barbon Enterprises, had grown significantly. They secured numerous projects, gaining recognition for their exceptional workforce and commitment to quality. Project after project satisfying homeowners accomplishing their visions and dreams.
